For the month of March, we have introduced yet another new roasters to our subscribers; Father's coffee roastery is a family roastery from Ostrava, Czech Republic.
This time we paired together 2 very complex coffees side by side to showcase the beauty of coffee processing.
🇪🇹 Bombe from Ethiopia were pulped and fermented in dry, temperature controlled tanks before the washing process. As a result, this coffee is wild on the nose but super juicy and clean on the palate.
🇨🇷 Sonora SL28 from Costa Rica on the other hand, has a fruity nose and both juicy and herbal notes with a winey body. This coffee was dried with skin contact for 15 days to boost sweetness. We also found it super interesting to taste SL28 (more commonly found in Kenya) in the Costa Rican terroir.
