We felt the need to get our hands on this freshly harvested lot from Jaén province in Cajamarca. Our producers Nilber, Diana Tarrillo and their son Yerison are in charge of their 1 hectare farm. The small size of the farm allows them to pay close attention and care for each coffee plant.
Coffee cherries were fermented for about 60 hours before being washed and sun dried for 15 days.
