Seriously, is there an Ethiopian coffee that we don't love?? This one we love just a bit more for its spectacular tropical fruit notes on top of its typical characteristic of the region (in wine term, typicity) kind of tea-like finish. Think mandarin orange, pineapple, loquat and black tea. Although we have no idea what loquat is, we definitely detected some east cost hops that carries that tropical fruit factor stylishly.
