Expect an elegant cup with bright stone fruit acidity, richness of blackberries and cherry sweetness. Straightforward but highly charming. Also a great coffee to reset the palete if you have been drinking a lot of experimental coffees with funky and fermented notes.
Many farmers in this region do not produce enough coffee to make individual lots. The solution is to group them according to quality and taste profile. This lot of 14 bags was named El Divinito #1.
The coffee cherries were depulped and transferred immediately into tanks to be washed and dried. The drying process took between 10 to 18 days.
