Ethiopian coffee is often complex, with both floral and fruity attributes. This has to do with the biodiversity of the origin. Many farmers still harvest coffee cherries from wild original Aribaca trees with little interventions (no pesticides or chemical fertilisers). We are so lucky to have a piece of nature in our cup.
