Omniroast is a roast profile suited for both espresso and filter brews.
Potosi one of the experimental lots from this producer who also invented a new hybrid varietal, San Juan (Bourbon+Pacamara) through manual cross pollination.
Coffee cherries were fermented for about 50 hours(that's a long time btw!) in temperature-controlled tanks followed by a slow and controlled mechanical drying, making a full natural process possible in a humid and damp climate. This way of processing helps reduce water consumption as well as giving the coffee an intense sweetness of ripe fruits with bright acidity.
This coffee is definitely a conversation starter. From the moment the freshly ground coffee is in contact with hot water, you will be able to smell the intense fruity aroma. When you sip it you might question yourself if you've accidentally spilled some berry smoothies in there. :) It's definitely a fun coffee to drink!
