Expect a cup with notes of chamomile, mirabelle and honey finish. What a well structured cup bursting with floral aroma, plummy fruitiness with a medium body! Complex as espresso but pairs well with milk too.

Yellow honey process is a method of processing coffee where the coffee cherries are depulped and dried without removing the sweet and sticky coating (mucilage) on the cherries. This coating oxidises the coffee into a yellow honey shade before they are washed and dried.

MOK coffee roasters have been in the specialty coffee scene for 9 years and we are convinced that they will be around for many more years to come. Recently, they started their own natural wine bar in their new roastery in Brussels. How exciting!
