Omniroast is a roast profile suited for both espresso and filter brews. This also means that if you prefer your coffee with a more syrupy mouthfeel and less acidity, this is your jam.
Expect a vibrant cup with notes of red currant and raspberry with big body since it's roasted omni.
This region of Kenya provides the ideal microclimate for the coffee plants to mature slowly and produce big and dense beans. This gives a distinct juicy and complex character of coffee from this area.
Only ripe cherries were selected by hand and delivered to the wet mill by 700 small holder farmers. These farmers usually own less than a hectare of land, which allows them to give a lot of attention to each tree.
Skin and pulp were removed upon arrival of the cherries at the mill. They were then fermented under closed shade for 16-24 hours and graded for a second time. After fermentation, they were washed and soaked for a duration of 16-18 hours and dried on raised beds.
