'Edun' means crazy, to describe the funky, wild notes of the coffee and possibly the people who enjoy this coffee :)Expect a bright and wild cup with notes of kombucha and dark chocolate. Are we crazy or does it smell like bubble gum too??

Wildan Mustofa and his wife Atieq Mustikaningtyas started their coffee project in 2010. Instead of using the giling basah method of processing like most Indonesian producers, they have been experimenting with washed method and fermentations.

Coffee cherries were harvested and sorted followed by a 3 day fermentation process. They were then pre-dried in the greenhouse and transferred to patios to complete the drying process.
