Expect a round and sweet cup with notes of red apple, white grape and sugar cane. It's a coffee with complex layers (washed but has characters of natural coffee) that will keep you going back for more. Delicious and certified organic. What's not to love?
Estrella Divina is part of a sourcing program through an organisation called Origin Coffee Lab aimed to produce the best quality coffee in the region. Thanks to its clay soils and microclimate with constant rain and warm air currents from the plains of Rumipite mixed with cool air descending from the mountains of La Coipa, this region is optimal for coffee production.
Fermentation time took between 13-18 hour and drying took between 12-20 days depending on the condition of the day.
