The Wild Card series is created by Wide Awake to showcase their current exceptional lots. This lot was one of the highest quality lots produced by this station.
Expect an irresistible cup with intense tropical notes of mango and pineapple, brightness of nectarine, with a sweet aftertaste reminiscent of vanilla.
After harvest, the coffee cherries were meticulously sorted and dried on african beds for around 13 to 15 days. Each staff was assigned a bed to turn the cherries every 15 minutes for them to dry at a uniform rate.
