Omniroast is a roast profile suited for both espresso and filter brews.
Pulped natural processing started in Brazil around 20 years ago with the goal to improve the taste of the cup by giving more body and sweetness to the coffee. Just like most natural processed coffee, this method of processing often gives the coffee a fruity aroma and taste reminiscent of dried strawberries.
This lot is no different, you can expect notes of strawberry, brazilian nut and chocolate. Paired with milk or in a flat white, you have yourself some strawberry smoothie!
