Expect a complex cup with notes of jasmine, bergamot, black tea and honey cake. It's juicy, it's floral, it's tea-like, need us say more??
Asefa Dukamo is the producer and owner of Bombe station in the region of Sidamo. With over 27 years of farming experience, Asefa is currently working with 300 other farmers to produce exceptional coffees.
This lot went through a dry fermentation that consumes less water compared to other existing washed methods. Coffee cherries were peeled and pulped before fermentation took place in temperature controlled, airtight tanks. This accelerates the fermentation process and gives the coffee the complexity of natural coffee that we all love. This method was inspired by the farm La Esperanza in Guatemala.
