Before we dive into our brew guide, let's get to know a little bit more about this tool. Alan Adler invented the Aeropress in 2005 and it was designed out of his frustration from lack of good-tasting single-serve brewer in the market.

In 2019, an even more portable version, the Aeropress Go, was released.Compared to the classic Aeropress, the Areopress Go is a tad smaller and it now comes with a cup and a rubber lid that really improved the mobility and user-experience for people brewing outside of their home. The stirrer, spoon, filter paper holder, ALL fit into the cup and lid.

Thanks to its lightweight and durable structure, designed with the goal of not needing any other specific tools to make a good cup of coffee, this brewer is loved by all.  Another reason we for its success is the possibility to combine both percolation and immersion brewing method. This makes it one of the most versatile brewing gear in the market.

Now that we have a better understanding of the Aeropress Go, let's start brewing! We must warn you, it's reaaally easy!

1. Place the filter paper or stainless steel filter in the filter cap, pour some hot water to rinse the filter paper/ stainless steel filter off of any dust or dirt and heat up the brewing chamber. Swirl and remove the water.

2. Place the chamber on top of the cup and pour 15grams of fresh filter grind coffee into the chamber.

3. If you don't have a temperature control kettle, you can bring water to boil and cool it down for 1 minute by swirling with the lid open. Pour hot water (around 93 degrees Celsius) up to number 3 and stir with stirrer (provided) for 5 seconds. We like to pour onto the side of the chamber to get a good mix with the coffee.

4. Place plunger to prevent losing too much heat and wait for 1 minute and gently push for another 30 seconds.

4. To clean, simply remove the cap and push the coffee puck into the trash and rinse.
