We discovered this roaster in a beautiful coffee shop in Lisbon arranged side by side with other amazing roasters around the world. Gyula Illés started his roastery just a couple of month ago! He aspires to connect consumers to farmers and to be the best roaster in Portugal. We have no doubts that they will!
